Before you write

Including these makes a problem much faster to track down:

Your shop name and the email address you sign in with
Where you saw it — the screen, and what you tapped or clicked
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
A screenshot, if the screen showed a message
On the mobile app: your device (iPhone, iPad or Android), and roughly when it started

Getting help inside the app

Signed-in users can reach the same team without leaving BigShop AI. The assistant is available from the app, and account owners can see billing, users and shop settings under Settings.

Account and data requests

To ask what personal data we hold, to correct it, or to request deletion, email support@bigshopai.com with the subject line Privacy Request. The Privacy Policy describes what we collect and the rights available to you.

Shops using face check-in can also ask us to delete a stored face template at any time — see the Biometric Information Privacy Policy.

Text messages

To stop shop notifications sent by SMS, reply STOP to any message. Full details, including message frequency and carrier terms, are in the SMS Terms.
