Does BigShop handle reefer trailers?
Yes. Set a trailer's type, keep its reefer unit and hour meter, record reefer hours on work orders and inspections, and schedule maintenance every so many reefer hours, on the web and the phone.
What does the Samsara integration pull?
With a limited, read-only Samsara API key, BigShop pulls mileage, engine hours, fault codes and GPS for the fleet's trucks.
How do work orders reach Fleetio, QuickManage or DataTruck?
Connect the fleet's account on the customer's Integrations tab. Fleetio receives the fleet's issued repair invoices, DataTruck its work orders, and QuickManage receives invoices when they're invoiced or paid, and they become QuickManage work orders once paid in full.
Do I set up every fleet's integration myself?
You can, or the fleet can connect Samsara, Fleetio, QuickManage or DataTruck from its customer portal. You get an alert and approve it, and changes and disconnects wait for your approval too.
Can I add work another shop did?
Yes. Upload or photograph the other shop's work order or invoice, check what was read, and save it to the truck's service history.
