Which plans include API access?
Every plan. The REST API, webhooks and MCP server are included from Starter up.
Is there a safe key for AI agents?
Yes. A read-only API key can call read endpoints only, never returns credentials or sharing links, and hides employee pay data unless you allow it.
What can an AI agent do through the MCP server?
Search work orders, customers, vehicles, inventory and purchase orders, read reports and the daily digest, and call the other documented read endpoints. It works with agents such as Claude Desktop and Cursor.
Does QuickBooks sync both ways?
Yes. Customers, invoices, counter sales, payments, refunds, credits and vendor returns sync with QuickBooks Online, and anything that fails waits in a Needs attention list with Retry.
